I am participating (along with my other lunch people) in the district’s wellness program.  We’ll see how well I do.  Weekly updates to follow!

This video is about the Mojave Viper Training that my friend’s son Tyson is currently in. It is hard to believe that he was a regular in our hallway less than a year ago!

I am so pumped about returning to Italy in the summer of 2009 with Mollie Colvin and Ramona Hawkins.  If you want more information on the trip, click here.

Taken by yours truly at 10:15 p.m. (or so).  It’s the new buffalo sculpture on the pedestrian mall at West Texas A&M University.  A friend told me that it is the largest sculpture carved from a single piece of rock in North America.  Who knew?
